My new neighbors warn me of this place. Needed used tires for a old truck. I ended up ordering tires. Hand written invoice. Boxes marked like I installed them. The morning before the install; Those rims and tires got stolen from my house. Told Josh. His reply was he doesn't do refunds for the canceled order but can be applied to other merchandise. Nothing was given or written while I was there. Years later. We bought a trailer that needed tires. Wanted to use my credit. Called Josh. Told me he had the best memory in all of Texas, but couldn't remember me. Bought the receipt in. He was reluctant to do anything. His U haul assistant was able to help and find the original receipt. Once or twice a week I would stop by for a month finding that nothing was done. Finally after the fifth time showing up and asking. The u haul assistant found the original hand written invoice. No credit, no note of cancellation. Nothing was updated on my invoice that $450 dollars of tires needed to be credited. Josh says he was being simpathtic to the situation while making what do you want to do eyes at his U haul assistant. Took in a used tire and Josh offered cash or trade against the cost of mounting/balancing. Ended up getting two tires to carry me through until I can replace all four. Very satisfied. Fast and fair service.

In 24 years as a General Contractor I have never been charged $265.00 to patch and change a tire that I purchased elsewhere. Last time I will use this shop. These guys really take advantage of their customers and I really don’t know how they stay in business. Unbelievable!

They Sold my wife a 7 year old used tire(dry rot). The tire started to split and seep air. I took it back to get an exchange or discount on a replacement.The owner told me the tire was fine and that it wasn't their fault. He said the issue was because someone brushed up against something. Then Tried to charge me full price for a replacement plus balance fee. DO NOT GO HERE!

Complete scam. Don't waste your time or money. Guy who runs it is confrontational and scummy. Went in for a tire, was told I would need another new front tire because of the tread. When I went to pay for the tire I he added on extra charges for things he never told me about, including a sensor that they definitely did not replace and dents that were non existent. This is all before they even took my donut off and replaced the tire so I knew he was lying. When they did put the tire on, the worker told me he broke my center wheel logo and offered me the pieces of it. Also the tread on the new tire is just as bad if not worse than the one he said I also needed to replace. $140 when you could go to discount tire and get a new one for $100 and not have your stuff broken.
